About the Role

Metso is seeking a reliable and organised Storeperson to join our Forrestfield operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting workshop and field service activities by managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials
  • Pick and pack orders for internal and external customers
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
  • Coordinate deliveries and liaise with freight providers
  • Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well‑organised
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a store/warehouse environment (mining or industrial preferred)
  • Forklift licence (essential)
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems (SAP or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and safety‑conscious
