Job summary

14forty at East Midlands Airport is seeking a Stores Person for a part-time role (30 hours weekly) with a Monday–Friday 06:00–12:00 shift. You will handle deliveries, stock checks and maintain stock levels while upholding high cleanliness standards in our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries and checking stock against deliveries.
• Highlighting missing stock to the manager and maintaining stock levels.
• Storing stock promptly and ensuring clean, safe storage areas.
• Assisting the team to move or arrange necessary stock as required.
• Supporting operations with clean equipment and maintaining kitchen standards.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and upholding brand image.
• Complying with food handling, hygiene and health & safety standards.

Stores Person - No Weekends!

Location: East Midlands Airport, Castle Donnington

Skylink Bus Service available from Nottingham, Long Eaton, Coalville, Derby, Ilkeston, Leicester, Loughborough and Stapleford.

Rate of pay: £12.71 per hour

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday - 06:00 to 12:00

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Stores Person to help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen at 14forty on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Receiving deliveries in
• Checking off all stock is accounted for in deliveries
• Highlighting missing stock to your manager
• Ensure stock is put away in a timely & appropriate manner
• Ensuring there are sufficed levels of stock as needed by the team
• Assisting the team in moving or arranging necessary stock
• Support operations team where required ensuring they have clean equipment available
• Ensuring the kitchen is always kept at a high standard of cleanliness
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
