Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Anwick, near Sleaford, is hiring a Stores Operative to help ensure stock is available to meet production plans. You will support multiple roles across the supply chain and work on a 2-2-3 rotating shift from 06:00 to 18:00.

The role covers loading/unloading, stock counts, dispatch procedures and maintaining a clean, safe site. This is a permanent, full-time position with on-site parking and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse stores operations and stock control.
• Willingness to work a 2-2-3 rotating shift.
• UK right to work and ability to travel to Sleaford area.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload lorries and complete relevant paperwork and computer records.
• Follow dispatch procedures for finished goods.
• Ensure stock and packaging are replenished when required.
• Supply departments with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Complete accurate stock counts and cycle checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Support environmental, quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Train and operate MHE equipment as required.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested.

We are looking for Stores Operative to assist in ensuring all stock is available to fulfil production plans and targets, while supporting multiple roles across the Supply Chain function.

Shift Pattern
A Shift: 06:00 - 18:00
2-2-3 rotating shift pattern

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Pay Rate
£14.08 per hour

Free transport available from Sleaford, Lincoln, Boston and Grantham.
