You’ll sit within the Stores GTM function, reporting to the Senior Stores GTM Manager. We bring the category to life in store — connecting how products look with how colleagues sell them. We're a practical, store-facing team that cares about what actually works on the shop floor, not just what looks good on a slide. You'll work closely with store managers and colleagues across the estate, making sure the category is presented and sold brilliantly every day. Partnering with Central Marketing and supplier brand partners, you'll plan and deliver co-funded campaigns and in-store activation. You'll also work with Central Ops and the Levelling Up team to make sure selling standards and colleague capability stay sharp across the business.
