📍 South Devon | 💷 £12.50 per hour | 🕗 Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking to join a growing and forward‑thinking company? One of the UK's largest vehicle conversion specialists, our client designs, manufactures and delivers accessible transport solutions across the country. Following the acquisition of a brand‑new, multi‑million‑pound manufacturing facility and several high‑value nationwide contracts, we are entering an exciting period of growth — and we're looking for a Stores and Warehouse Operative to join their team in South Devon.

The Role

As a Stores and Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. You'll help maintain safe working practices, manage stock levels, and provide vital support to other departments within the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving, checking, and storing goods in line with company procedures
• Inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies and reporting any issues
• Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles
• Managing and maintaining stock levels
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and sack trucks
• Supporting other departments when required
• Maintaining accurate records and performing general housekeeping duties
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies

About You

You'll have previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment and be confident working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are key.

Essential skills and experience

• Proven experience in a stores or warehouse environment

• Ability to work to a high standard with accuracy and efficiency
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Full UK/EU driving licence
• Eligible to work in the UK

• Hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
