  • Support Inventory Controller with accurate stock information.
  • Collaborate with depot teams for smooth operations.

Overview

StoreKeeper position for a logistics company in Poole. Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm. Competitive pay of £13.56 - £15.01 per hour. Temp to perm opportunity. Free on-site car parking. PPE provided. Full training provided.

Responsibilities
  • Operate safely within the store, following all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Respond promptly to material requests from engineers, ensuring accurate issue of stock.
  • Pick and prepare orders for engineer collections and operational requirements.
  • Receive deliveries of materials, check against delivery notes, and log accurately in systems.
  • Take responsibility for waste streams, segregating and disposing of waste in line with company processes.
  • Keep the store tidy, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify gaps, low stock, or discrepancies, and escalate to the line manager.
  • Support the Inventory Controller and Inventory Planner by providing accurate stock information.
  • Work collaboratively with other store colleagues and depot teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in stores, warehousing, or logistics operations.
