Job summary

NEXT plc is looking for a friendly and proactive retail assistant to join our High Wycombe store. You will provide fast, friendly service, help customers find the perfect products, and share knowledge to support buying decisions.

You will work across the sales floor, stockroom and deliveries, taking ownership of your development and contributing to excellent stock operations. Flexibility is important as shifts include Sundays and Saturdays; a great attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner.
• Experience delivering great customer service in a busy environment.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities
