Home Bargains in Swadlincote is seeking a Store Team Member for a part-time, permanent role. You will greet customers, replenish shelves, and work across departments from fresh goods to seasonal while maintaining high standards.

The store operates from early morning, with shifts up to 16 hours per week, including early mornings. As part of a fast-paced team, you’ll help unload deliveries, stock shelves, and support tills and cafe areas as needed.

• No two days are the same:You will be trained across multiple areas of the business. Your versatility will shine as you handle tills, manage cash transactions, restock shelves, and adapt to various roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.
