Job summary

Home Bargains in Shipley is seeking a Store Team Member for part-time hours at Shipley Wharf Retail Park. You will greet customers, replenish shelves, and work across departments from fresh food to seasonal goods, ensuring high standards and a welcoming store atmosphere.

The role requires a friendly, reliable, and adaptable person who can work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends, to support a fast-paced retail environment open from 6 am to 10 pm daily.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Home Bargains, delivering enthusiastic customer service and assisting with product queries.
• Support across departments, stocking shelves, keeping displays tidy, and maintaining store standards.
• Lead fill shifts by unloading deliveries and getting stock on shelves for customers.
• Train across multiple areas (Café, Bakery, Garden Centre) and handle tills and cash.
