Job summary

Home Bargains is hiring a Store Team Member in the Berwyn area. You will greet customers, replenish shelves, and assist across departments from fresh foods to seasonal items. Your role is fast-paced, hands-on, and central to delivering great shopper experiences.

The position offers up to 12 hours per week with hourly rates of £12.71 (ages 18-20) or £13.00 (21+), and part-time, permanent status. Shifts include mornings, with some evenings and weekends required.

• Keep the momentum going:Take charge during the fill shift by unloading deliveries and swiftly getting stock out on the shelves, making sure everything’s ready for our customers to find what they need.
• No two days are the same:You will be trained across multiple areas of the business. Your versatility will shine as you handle tills, manage cash transactions, restock shelves, and adapt to various roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.
