Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Store Team Leader in Heanor to oversee daily store operations on a part-time basis. You will guide colleagues, ensure excellent customer service, and drive store performance while maintaining high standards and a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires supervising experience in fast-paced retail. You will work a 26.4-hour week across up to three days, with competitive benefits and ongoing training opportunities within a rapidly expanding UK discount retailer.
