Home Bargains in Oban is seeking a Store Team Leader to guide and develop our store team, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence. You will lead day-to-day activities, coach staff, and drive performance to meet store targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, with a clear path for progression within our growing business. Full-time position with 44 hours per week at our Lochavullin Retail Park location.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-moving retail or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Good communication and leadership skills to guide teams and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities
