• A proven track record in a retail or similar environment.
• Experience in Duty Management is advantageous.
• Passionate about sales and driving profit.
• Keyholding and cash handling experience.
• Coaching experience for colleagues.
• Merchandising and health and safety compliance.
• Awareness of store KPIs.
• Effective time management skills.
• Determination to inspire success within your team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat visits.
• Coaching colleagues for outstanding service.
• Ensuring the store is ready for a successful trading day.
• Co-ordinate Click and Collect process.
• Comply with company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Host workshops in-store.
