Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the store team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the customer journey is consistently positive
• Support the Store Manager with operational tasks such as stock management, visual merchandising and opening/closing procedures
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and in line with company policy
• Supervise and motivate staff during shifts ensuring productivity and high standards
• Train and support new team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety and loss prevention standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential for this role
• Flexible and adaptable with availability to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays
• Strong leadership and communication skills
