As a Skechers Supervisor , you will play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store. Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will help lead and motivate the team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales performance and ensure the store consistently meets Skechers standards.

Customer Experience

• Lead by example in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable, friendly and engaging service.
• Support the team in understanding and delivering Skechers' customer service expectations.
• Take ownership of customer queries, concerns and complaints, resolving issues professionally and escalating where appropriate.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and ensure the team remain engaged with customers.

Sales & Commercial Performance

• Support the management team in achieving and exceeding store sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Lead the team on the sales floor, encouraging strong selling behaviours and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Monitor sales performance and use available KPI information to identify opportunities and support improvements.
• Promote multi-pair sales, accessories, apparel and other commercial opportunities.
• Communicate daily and weekly priorities to the team and help maintain focus throughout the shift.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate and support the team to achieve their individual and store goals.
• Act as a positive role model, demonstrating the behaviours and standards expected from the team.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to Sales Associates to support their development and performance.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Recognise strong performance and encourage a positive, inclusive and collaborative team environment.
• Address performance or conduct concerns appropriately and communicate relevant issues to the management team.

Store Standards & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure the store consistently meets Skechers' visual, presentation and brand standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and product presentation throughout the store.
• Ensure promotional material, signage and visual merchandising are correctly implemented.
• Conduct regular sales-floor walks and take ownership of maintaining standards throughout the shift.
• Lead by example in maintaining the expected standard of the store during both busy and quieter periods.

Operations & Stock

• Support the management team with the smooth running of daily store operations.
• Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and within required timescales.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security, store standards and end-of-day checks.
• Take responsibility for delegated tasks and ensure they are completed to the required standard.
