Job summary

Welcome Break, Newark Services, A1, Balderton, NG24 3JG, is hiring a Greggs Supervisor who can start immediately. The role is part-time and requires availability from 4am, with a £13.69/hour pay rate plus a £10 meal allowance each shift.

You will lead a busy site, support your team, and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will gain hands-on leadership experience, work flexible hours, and have opportunities to progress from Supervisor to Store Management, with accompanying apprenticeships

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or catering and readiness to step into a supervisory role.
• Ability to motivate others and lead by example on shift.
• Commitment to high standards of customer service and operations.
