Job Description:

Alexander McQueen is a British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. Now under the creative direction of Seán McGirr since December 2023, the house is known for individuality, strength, and quality. The Store Operations Associate will work closely with the Store Operations Manager and Store Manager to ensure efficient store operations, maintain store standards, and support the brand image.

Key Accountabilities

  • Follow company policies and ensure store compliance
  • Conduct regular in-store checks and audits
  • Support fire safety and health & safety procedures
  • Assist in setting up and executing in-store events
  • Ensure proper handling and care of products
  • Manage receipt, storage, and movement of goods responsibly
  • Organize stock room for efficiency
  • Ensure compliance in stock transfers and returns
  • Liaise with Loss Prevention and Security
  • Support after-sales processes and client updates
  • Manage staff uniforms and train Client Advisers

Store Maintenance

  • Manage cleaning and contractor services
  • Handle store emergencies and repairs
  • Escalate operational issues as needed

Stock & Inventory

  • Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate stock records
  • Process stock adjustments timely
  • Monitor consignments and support markdowns
  • Manage damaged stock and optimize stock room
  • Oversee OMNI order flow and store KPIs

Logistics & Supplies

  • Ensure adequate stock of supplies
  • Coordinate with suppliers and couriers

Team Collaboration

  • Maintain professionalism and teamwork
