Job description

Location: Field base role with nationwide travel expected. (Bedfordshire, London and Southern surrounding region)You will need to hold a Full UK Registered driving licence and ideally have access to your own vehicle.
Hours: 40 Hours | Variable shifts working days and nights.
Salary: £11.50 per hour

A day includes

We currently have a brilliant opportunity for a Field based merchandising role within our Retail Implementation Department Team. You will be effectively managing the on-site execution, delivery and successful opening of all assigned implementation projects while reporting into the Implementation manager with nationwide travel expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver as part of a team on site activity for all assigned projects across Superdrug.
• Carry out Merchandising tasks as communicated by the onsite merchandising manager.
• Support project progress and make decisions and implement plans to deliver best in class project delivery.
• Support in delivering the commercial plan as per the project plan.

• You are great at delivering plans and working with teams of people.
• You are good at merchandising planograms as per Head office guidance.
• You have developed the ability to be flexible with your approach.
• You get satisfaction though delivering change to retail stores.
• Willing to work varying shift patterns across days and nights as planned on a Rota basis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Be willing to travel to a variety of stores within your region.
• You need to have some experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
• Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable.
• You will understand the core principles of effective planning and organizing skills.
• Experience of being a good team player is essential.
• Willingness to travel with a driving license preferred.
