Job summary

Poundstretcher is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store in the UK with autonomy to shape the local shopping experience.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, drive sales, manage stock and costs, and uphold Health & Safety and merchandising standards to deliver KPI targets and store profitability.

You'll be part of a fast-paced discount retailer that values initiative, teamwork, and a customer-first approach, offering a contributory pension and staff discounts.
