A leading furniture retailer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer experiences within the showroom. You will lead and develop your team to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in retail management, particularly in high-performing sales environments, and offers generous benefits including uncapped bonuses, employee discounts, and opportunities for professional development.
Our Store Manager is the primary leader responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer experiences within the showroom. They lead by example, motivating and developing their team to achieve clearly defined targets on furniture sales and essential attachments. They understand that the customer is at the heart of everything we do and have the natural ability to continually grow their team’s capability to enable them to meet our customers' high expectations. They deliver this by providing clear instructions to meet business needs and creating a motivating and inspiring environment where the team feels supported, positively challenged, and capable of delivering exceptional performance.

This position may suit individuals with previous skills or experience gained from the following roles: Sales Manager, Showroom Manager, Retail Manager, or Branch Manager.

As we endeavour to create a workplace that reflects our diverse customer base and the communities in which we live and work, we strongly encourage applications from individuals belonging to minority and underrepresented groups. We are committed to fairness in the way we hire new colleagues, and if you require any additional support to help you through the process, we’re happy to make the necessary adjustments for anyone who needs them.
