This position is for our brand new store opening in Salisbury!

Responsibilities

As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, continuously reach performance targets, and demonstrate effective leadership. You’ll lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience. You’ll also define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day-to-day operations, and drive employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1-to-1s and by making a genuine connection with your team and celebrating success.

Qualifications

High on energy, low on ego and with a little bit of humour. You are one of a kind because your ability to motivate your team and reach your goals in terms of customer satisfaction and sales. In addition, as Store Manager you are inspiring and performance oriented.

On Top Of That, You Have
  1. Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
  2. People management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration).
  3. Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
  4. Decision making and problem-solving skills.
