Store Manager/Branch Manager/Operations Manager will lead the setup and operation of a new branch, shaping a professional and customer-focused store network from the ground up.

The ideal Store Manager/Branch Manager/Operations Manager candidate will have proven experience building and managing a HVAC store, strong supplier and customer networks, and the ability to deliver results under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business formation from zero, including supplier selection, store layout, and operational setup
• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, and long-term partnerships with top heating & plumbing suppliers
• Drive customer development through industry connections to expand the client base
• Oversee warehouse and store management, including storage, logistics, and product flow
• Set up and manage inventory systems, tagging, and stock control processes
• Implement efficient day-to-day store operations and workflows
