Job summary

Yours Clothing is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in a fast paced fashion retail environment. You will drive sales, manage stock levels and ensure outstanding customer service to keep shoppers happy and coming back.

The role requires proven senior management experience in retail, preferably fashion, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. You will recruit, train and supervise staff, oversee visual merchandising and analyse performance to maximise profitability.

• Strong leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives and KPIs by analysing variances and initiating corrective actions
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with customers
• Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
• Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Ensure high levels of customer's satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Maintain store staffing levels by recruiting, selecting and training employees; coaching and disciplining as needed
