Overview

This position is for our brand new store opening in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland!

As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to put our local business strategy into place as well as continuously reach performance targets and take charge with effective leadership. You’ll lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience!

You’ll also define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day-to-day operations and drive employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1-to-1’s and making a genuine connection with your team by celebrating success!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to meet performance targets and KPI objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to implement local business strategy.
  • Lead by example and coach the team to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs and productivity targets.
  • Develop monthly plans based on productivity targets.
  • Ensure excellent store administration and manage inventory and day-to-day operations.
  • Promote employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1-to-1 meetings and genuine team connections.
  • Celebrate successes to motivate and retain staff.

On top of that, you have:
