Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager for a premium menswear brand in Leeds. You will lead from the front, deliver exceptional service, and drive strong commercial results while upholding the brand's premium image.

You will inspire a motivated team, coach staff to reach their full potential, and ensure a personalised shopping journey that enhances the in-store experience. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in menswear, fashion, premium or luxury retail.
• Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready for the next step.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to achieve targets.
• Strong commercial awareness with KPI analysis and sales focus.
