Job summary

Morrisons Daily is seeking a Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a busy local store with a hands‑on leadership approach. You will coach and develop your team, drive sales, and ensure high standards of customer service.

As the store owner in practice, you’ll manage operations, costs and community engagement, while promoting Morrisons Daily values and health and safety compliance. Flexible shifts are required, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach, inspire and develop team members.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and hit daily targets.
• Ability to handle fast-paced retail challenges with composure.

Responsibilities

• Commercial & business growth: drive sales, offer product enhancements and manage costs.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and career progression for the team.
• Maintain store standards and compliance with health, safety and operations guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with local residents and act as a community hub.
