Job summary

Toolstation Bulwell in Nottingham is seeking a Store Manager to lead the branch on a 40-hour week. The store opens 7 AM–8 PM, so you’ll manage early starts and late finishes while delivering first-class service.

You’ll supervise the team, handle deliveries, stock shelves and keep the branch running smoothly, while modelling customer-focused leadership that motivates others to perform at their best. We offer development opportunities through the Toolstation Academy, a pension scheme, bonus scheme

Qualifications

• Experience in leading high performing retail teams.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
• Willingness to muck in and support the team in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities
