• Previous experience in a Store Manager or similar position within a retail environment.

• Highly organised to manage inventory, staff scheduling, and other operational tasks.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team of employees.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales, enhance customer service, and foster growth.
• Visual Merchandising: Act as a product expert and ensure your team delivers an exceptional customer experience through high-quality product presentation and store layout.
• Staffing and Training: Manage the recruitment, training, and retention of Skechers store team to ensure the team is prepared to meet company goals.
• Retail Operations: Oversee store systems, including stock management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and day-to-day operations to drive profitability.
• Sales Management: Drive sales growth through sales management strategies and set performance expectations to meet individual and store goals.
• Problem Solving: Utilise strong problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise in-store, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
