Job summary

Asda Express is seeking a Store Manager for an Express location (EXPPFS). You will lead and develop a team, focus on excellent customer service and build a welcoming store environment where colleagues feel valued and customers are looked after.

You will drive sales, maintain high standards, manage costs and stock processes, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering a positive, proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to drive sales and maintain high standards of store presentation.
• Strong people leadership and development skills.
