Job summary

Boots Opticians Hub Manager role overseeing 6-10 stores across Worcester, Chisbury, Gloucester, Hereford, Evesham and Stroud. You will lead multi-site teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and guide customers to the most suitable optical products and services for eye health.

You will inspire leaders to manage daily operations, drive strong trading performance, and leverage data-driven insights to plan commercially.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team remotely across multiple sites.
• Ability to travel across your geography.
• Experience working with HR and ER policies (desirable).

About the role

As a Boots Opticians Hub Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of 6-10 stores across the Worcester, Chisbury, Gloucester, Hereford, Evesham and Stroud areas, delivering an exemplary customer experience through supporting customers to find the optical products and services best suited to help them with their eye health.

Leading a team based across multiple sites, you will have the opportunity to inspire, develop and empower your dedicated leaders to look after the day-to-day operation within your stores to deliver a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.

You will effectively use data driven insights to plan strategically across your stores to execute the commercial plan brilliantly and to build and maintain a robust succession plan of talent.

You will be required to travel between the stores within your hub and visit your stores daily.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work collaboratively with the regional team and the Support Office to influence and drive change to optimise business performance.
