Job summary

H. Samuel in Fareham is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, lead a customer-first team and ensure policy compliance across the store.

You will coach and motivate the team, set targets, interpret business data and oversee operations, costs, and payroll while delivering outstanding customer experiences and embodying our brand values.

• Experience of holding accountability for managing the commercial performance of a store.
• Experience of leading store teams.

Store Manager - H. Samuel - Fareham

As Store Manager here at H. Samuel in Fareham you'll be responsible for achieving the store's targets through promoting the sales culture instore, building and inspiring a strong customer-first team and by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You'll be passionate about role modelling your selling skills, coaching and inspiring your team through great leadership and adopting a proactive approach to sales management.

You'll also be responsible for consistent compliance with company instructions, policies and processes and will be responsible for control of costs, payroll, shrinkage and expenses for the store. You'll also oversee the planning and organisation of operational activities within the store.
