Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer facing sales, retail or hospitality environment.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Computer literate - Microsoft Suite.
• Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends.
• Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coaching & motivating your team to deliver sales and exceptional customer service.
• Meeting the stores budget, financial & sales targets.
• Reviewing performance data to identify, improve and resolve problems.
• Winning new business and upselling.
• Ensuring the store is running smoothly and presenting a high level of cleanliness.
