Job summary

Savers is recruiting a Store Manager Designate in Oxford area. This full-time role (39 hours per week) offers a salary of £35,350 per year plus a generous bonus scheme and requires travel to a variety of stores.

You will lead store standards and audits, ensure outstanding customer service and sales, and may support nearby stores when needed as part of a clear progression plan within Savers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Willing to travel to a variety of stores.
• Full-time role with shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Store Manager Designate would ensure standards are maintained, audit processes are followed, and customer service and sales standards are the best on the high street.
• Savers SMDs may support neighbouring stores depending on business need.
