Key Accountabilities
Sales and Profitability
  • Ensure the achievement of business goals and strategic projects, monitoring monthly spend vs budgets, taking action where necessary
  • Full evaluation of KPIs to drive efficiency & profitability, taking action where necessary
  • Establish and implement Action Plans to develop sales for each product category and achieve sell-through targets
Customer Management
  • Have a solid network of clients to bring to the business
  • Establish and implement Action Plans to develop sales for each client segment
  • Ensure the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a clientele network for the store
  • Propose actions to HQ to improve aspects of client relationship management
  • Experience of hosting in-store events advantageous
People Management
  • Manage store staff with the support of Local HR (Recruitment, Coaching, Training)
  • Review development of team members, performance managing where necessary
  • Instil an atmosphere of motivation, sense of belonging and wider business involvement
Store Image Management
  • Ensure correct interpretation and implementation of visual guidelines, keeping store employees up to date about visual issues, and ensuring that best sellers products are displayed, through a close cooperation with the Visual Display Team
  • Report to HQ, and manage any small maintenance projects within your store
  • An eye for detail and fresh vision is required to maintain perfect standards daily
Store Operation Management
  • Ensure an economical and operational effective management of the store, in compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Ensure deadlines are consistently met and information is communicated to HQ
  • Full responsibility for stock management- including achieving sell-through targets, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
Profile required

PROFILE

  • +5 years' experience in retail management - luxury experience preferred
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work independently of a distance HQ
  • Commercial thinking with strong focus on sales and well thought through strategies to ever-improve
  • Strong people skills and proven ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and lead the sales team
  • Understanding of current local market trends and ability to pivot to changing business and market needs
  • Computer skills to include operation of retail POS system, Word, Excel and email, plus use of phone, Whatsapp for professional client communication.
