Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team across our Sweaty Betty portfolio in a fast-paced setting. You will drive store sales, manage P&L, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding brand standards.

You will mentor staff, optimize store operations, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to create engaging guest experiences, while ensuring health & safety compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in retail.
• Proven sales background and ability to meet store KPIs.
• Flexible, fast-paced environment experience.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in POS systems.
• Budget management including payroll and expenses.
• Strong customer service and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and engage your team to promote brand values and foster an inclusive environment.

• Lead change management in-store and promote new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in a management role, at your best in a fast-paced and client-focused retail environment.


• Commercial approach, with a proven sales background and previous experience setting and delivering store KPIs.


• Flexible and adaptable, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.


• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.


• Proficient in POS systems.


• Budget management experience, including payroll, expenses etc.
