You'll take ownership of your store's performance, leading both the commercial and community strategies to make a real difference locally. By building and developing a strong team, you'll create a positive environment where colleagues can grow and deliver a fantastic shopping experience.

What you'll do:

You’ll have experience leading and developing a team in a busy, service-focused environment. You'll be a confident communicator who can coach and inspire others to perform at their best. You’ll also bring:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the resilience to manage a fast-paced store environment
• The ability to understand and use commercial information to make decisions and improve performance
• A hands-on approach, with the flexibility to support the team and keep the store running smoothly

Salary: £34,840-£38,480 per annum plus great benefits

Contract: Permanent
