Job summary

Lovisa UK is seeking a Store Manager to lead a flagship store and drive fashion-forward retail performance. You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor your team, and deliver sales targets with a customer-first mindset.

Starting salary is £27,040 with progression based on store grade and location, plus monthly bonuses, birthday leave, and a generous staff discount. You will contribute to Lovisa's growth while building a high-energy, fashion-focused team.
