Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team to maximise sales and profit and to meet store targets while delivering the highest standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty through creative and resourceful management and strong communication.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience as a people manager with the ability to organise and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Creativity, resourcefulness and excellent communication skills to engage customers, donors and colleagues.
• Well-organised with the ability to develop and implement effective store strategies to achieve targets.
