As Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of the store's success-driving performance, leading a high-energy team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a role for a hands-on, commercially focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive brand loyalty.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Manage store operations efficiently, including stock, rotas, and merchandising.
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance, health & safety, and store presentation.
  • Analyse sales data, monitor trends, and respond quickly to market opportunities.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager (minimum 12 months).
