You're an experienced people manager; you are creative and resourceful and can use this to generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty. Experience as a people manager with strong organisation and communication skills. Commitment to Barnardo's mission and the ability to work within a charity retail environment. Safeguarding requirements include consent to a Basic criminal records check for successful candidates.
