PPG is seeking a Store Manager for the Nottingham Johnstone’s Decorating Centre. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and leading a friendly team in a high-street environment.

You will oversee daily operations, manage stock, train staff, and ensure the shop presents well while maintaining high standards of service. The role offers career progression through our Training Academy and a generous benefits package.

• Previous management or supervisor experience desirable
• Previous experience in a customer facing environment desirable
• Good communications skills with a positive customer focusses attitude
• Good understanding of IT systems
• Flexibility towards working hours and duties
• Driving license is needed for this role

Full Time | Permanent

Position Summary

We now have an exciting, permanent vacancy for a Store Operations Manager within our Architectural Coatings division. We’re looking for a customer-focused individual to become a key member of our friendly and supportive team. Previous experience in a customer facing environment and a good understanding of IT systems is desirable, but not essential, as we will support you all along the way with in-store training.
