A leading eyewear company in Nottingham is looking for a data analyst to join their Frames team. You will influence product strategy and supplier performance while creating insightful dashboards with tools like Power BI and Tableau. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Experience in retail or supply chain analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Work in a dynamic environment influencing product strategy, supplier performance, and commercial outcomes across territories.
  • Be the go‑to expert for data reporting and analysis within the frame category.
  • Dive deep into product performance, supplier metrics, and commercial impact, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support monthly and annual reviews, identify opportunities for optimisation, and guide strategic decisions across the business.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Trading, Supply Chain Finance, Demand Planning, Commercial Finance, suppliers, and operations teams.
  • Create dashboards and visualisations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to bring data to life.
  • Support category development projects and shape the future of the frame offering.
Qualifications
  • High proficiency in Excel and confident with large datasets.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools.
  • Strong eye for detail, organisational skills, and curiosity to ask questions and seek improvements.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to take ownership from day one.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or supply chain analytics is a bonus but not essential.
  • Passion for learning, drive to improve, confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
