A retail company in Norwich is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their team and drive store performance. You will be responsible for customer service, team management, and maintaining store operations. Ideal candidates should have strong leadership skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Role: Store Manager / Location: Norwich / Salary: £36,721 per annum (OTE £40,393) plus benefits / Hours of work: 40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 days, working a mixture of early and late shifts covering the store's opening and closing times.
