Job summary

TJ Morris Limited, trading as Home Bargains, is seeking a Store Manager for our South Elmsall store. You will lead a fast-paced retail team, drive store performance and ensure outstanding customer service across every shift.

You will mentor staff, optimise store layouts and promotions, and deliver on weekly sales targets while upholding company standards and cost controls.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering progression within a rapidly expanding discount retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a retail team in a fast-moving environment to achieve high weekly sales targets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop staff.
• Ability to prioritise, organise work and deliver excellent customer service.
