They are looking for a dynamic, client-focused General Store Manager to head up the flagship location, where you will be at the sharp end of our client's retail portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong fashion or premium background, excellent commercial focus, and be used to managing a larger team.

Responsibilities
  • Part of the senior area leadership team, working on national and local events and meetings.
  • Nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales and build lasting loyalty to the brand.
  • Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
  • Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
  • Operationally manage a back‑of‑house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
  • Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices and ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the retail fashion market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
