We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Dominos store team. Salary id based upon experience and will be discussed within the interview. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's standards and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping experience.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth while managing expenses.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Organise training sessions for staff to enhance their skills in customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
