What you'll be doing as our Store Manager

As the Store Manager, you will lead your retail team by example and ensure outstanding customer experience and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a retail ambassador and promoting products tailored to customer needs
  • Using a variety of selling techniques to convert customer interactions into sales
  • Maintaining high retail standards and delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor
  • Motivating your team to hit targets and seeing KPIs as opportunities
  • Managing the store efficiently, including rota planning to cover high footfall, deliveries, and product moves
  • Training and coaching your retail team on customer service, selling techniques, and daily operations
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Analysing store performance reports and implementing ideas to improve KPIs
  • Acting as the point of escalation for customer queries to ensure positive resolutions
  • Following Visual Merchandising instructions to maintain the brand's aesthetic
