Costa Coffee Ireland & Northern Ireland in Holywood Exchange is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, shape the guest experience, and grow your career within a brand that’s expanding.

You’ll oversee daily store operations, drive outstanding service, and train and develop colleagues, with autonomy to tailor the store while being supported by a collaborative leadership team. This role offers progression into senior roles as we grow.
