As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the running of your store. You will be a hands-on individual who leads from the front in a role that can be challenging and demanding, focusing ultimately on maximising sales through your local knowledge, exceeding budget targets, efficient cost controlling, promoting the best customer service and looking for opportunities to lead, motivate, develop and inspire your team. You will be directly responsible for achieving optimum sales through commerciality, ensuring excellent customer service is provided by your team in a fast paced environment.
