• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent experience within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of FRS102, FRS102A, and FRS105.
• Confident in managing accounts preparation from start to final sign-off.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Ambitious, career-driven, and eager to progress.
• Comfortable leading and mentoring junior staff in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering proactive and high-quality accounting and advisory services.
• Prepare year-end accounts for a range of SMEs under FRS102, FRS102A, and FRS105.
• Prepare corporation tax computations and CT600s.
• Review VAT returns and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of accountants and administrative staff.
• Oversee workloads, performance, and professional development for the team.
